Do we deliver?

Yes, we service the Middle Georgia area and we are willing to travel outside of that area for a travel fee.

Can I leave my balloons outside and expect them to last forever?

Absolutely Not. Balloons do not last forever. Balloons do not perform well under the heat. I suggest to all of my clients to keep your balloons out of direct sunlight.

What type of Balloons do we use?

We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as Mylar foil balloons. We only use the highest quality balloons available. Balloon Installations can last anywhere from 1 day to 2 months depending on where the balloons are placed. We do not use Helium unless specified by the client and an extra charge will be added.

Do you come back & take down?

Once the event is over, it is the clients responsibly to do as they wish with the arrangement. If you would like for us to come back and remove the balloons it will be a $75 take down fee.

DISCLAIMER

Once the balloons have been delivered and installed, The Arch Guru is not responsible for any of the balloons that are popped, poked, lost, let go, or stolen. If we pop or make any damages to the balloons, we will replaced them.

CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are issued to hold the day of your event and are NON-Refundable. In the event your event is cancelled, no money will be refunded. A credit will be held on your account and can be used in the future.
